The story of a mild-mannered radio executive who strives to become the best stepdad ever to his wife's two children, but complications ensue when their freewheeling, freeloading real father arrives, forcing stepdad to compete for the affection of the kids.
What is there really to say about Daddyβs Home? Were there a handful of funny moments? Yes. Was I rolling my eyes for most of the runtime because of the forced, awkward humor? 100%. Itβs a massive shame, especially since we know this duo can be comedy gold together (just look at 2010βs The Other Guys). Iβd only recommend this to an audience that specifically thrives on uncomfortable cringe comedy. For everyone else, it's a hard pass.
