I love a great concept, and Cube has one of the best setups in horror history. Unfortunately, I hated every single thing about the actual execution. Between the wooden acting, a script that goes nowhere, and some truly painful 1997-era visual effects, I spent the entire runtime rolling my eyes. It’s a brilliant idea trapped in a very poorly made movie.
